KiddaVinci

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 19, 2026

The service

KidDaVinci is a private archive for children's artwork, offered by KidDaVinci ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be an adult to use KidDaVinci. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of information you provide about a child in your care.

Your content

You keep all rights to the artwork and photos you upload. You grant us only the license needed to store, process (including AI-assisted cropping and tagging) and display them to the people you choose — family members you invite, classes you join, or the public if you mark a piece public. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that you are the parent/guardian of, or otherwise authorised for, any child you manage.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other families' data, or abuse the service (scraping, probing, spam). We may suspend accounts that do.

Teachers and studios

Studio staff may upload student work and label it with a student's name for that class's families to claim. Families always control their child's timeline: they can claim, return, or ask for removal of a piece.

Termination and deletion

You can delete artwork (30-day trash, then permanent) or your whole account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (currently zero).

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page. Questions: support@kiddavinci.com.
